【材料】
豚肉 200g
たまねぎ 1個
サラダ油 適量
お米 2合
水 400ml
塩 少々
卵 1個
ごま 適量
みりん 大さじ1
酒 大さじ1
しょうゆ 大さじ2
【作り方】
1.お米を研いで、水を加えて炊飯器で炊く。
2.豚肉を塩こしょうで下味をつけ、卵を溶いてから、豚肉を卵液につける。
3.油を中火で熱し、2を揚げる。
4.たまねぎを薄切りにし、同じフライパンで炒める。
5.みりん、酒、しょうゆを加えて、たまねぎがしんなりするまで炒める。
6.3を食器に盛り付け、5をかける。
7.4をご飯の上にのせる。
8.ごまをふりかける。

ロイター通信によると、ハンガリーのグヤーシュ首相府長官は23日、国際刑事裁判所（ICC、オランダ・ハーグ）がウクライナから子供たちを連れ去った容疑で逮捕状を発行したロシアのプーチン大統領について、「（同大統領が入国しても）ハンガリーは逮捕しない」との考えを示した。ハンガリーはICCの加盟国だが、関連の国内法が制定されていないことを理由に挙げた。
権威主義的傾向を強めるハンガリーのオルバン政権は、ウクライナ支援を進める欧州連合（EU）の中にあってロシアとの経済関係を維持する姿勢を表明し、ウクライナへの武器支援などにも反対している。グヤーシュ氏はICCの逮捕状発行について「ハンガリーは立場を定めていない」とする一方、「私の主観的な意見」と断って「ものごとを平和ではなく、エスカレートする方向に持って行く」などと批判した。出典
