（ＣＮＮ） 国際刑事裁判所（ＩＣＣ）は１７日、ウクライナの子どもをロシアに強制移送する計画に関与した疑いで、ロシアのプーチン大統領と当局者のマリヤ・リボワベロワ氏に逮捕状を出した。
ＩＣＣは、プーチン氏が当該犯罪に関して個人的に刑事責任を負うと信じる合理的な根拠があると説明。他者と共同で当該犯罪に直接関与したこと、当該行為に関与した文民や軍の部下を適切に管理しなかったことに関しても刑事責任を負うとの見解を示した。出典

(CNN) The International Criminal Court (ICC) on April 17 issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin and official Mariya Rybovavelova for their alleged involvement in a plot to forcibly transfer Ukrainian children to Russia.
The ICC explained that it has reasonable grounds to believe that Mr. Putin is personally criminally responsible for the crimes in question. It was also of the view that he is criminally responsible for his direct involvement in the crimes in question in collaboration with others and for his failure to properly manage the civilians and military subordinates involved in the acts in question.
