本日は夕方出勤する。

孫と散歩していたら
孫が見つけた。
よく見つけたものだ。
７星テントウムシ
ところがもっと星が多いテントウムシも孫が見つける。
こいつは害虫で葉っぱなどぼろぼろに食べるやつ。
ニジュウヤテントウムシというらしい。
すぐ駆除したほうがいいみたいだが殺せなかった。

I have dealt with various issues at work, but I want to think about what to do about the ones I can't deal with in the future.
In my head, I know what I should do.
However, I have no experience and I am very concerned about whether I will be able to do it well in practice.
Considering how to deal with the situation on a daily basis, I thought I should practice using tools in my own way.
The way to do this is to write down the practical skills again in a manual and organize them.
I've done it once, but let's write it again.
