シフトに週１回休みを入れれば土曜日、日曜日、祝日に勤務させても
割増しはつかない。普通25-35パーセント増しとなるがならない。
２５パーセントつくのは週４０時間超えた分に割増しがつくのです。
そんな週一の休みです。
