Today is February 18.
If the cash is reported to the police station within February 16, the right to receive it arises when the drop-off person does not show up.
The rights accrue to the management association and the picker.
However, nine days had passed.
The right does not accrue to the management association.
The right arises because the picker has reported it to the manager within a week.
So, when the drop-off owner does not show up, the pick-up owner receives the cash.
I was amazed at how troublesome this was.
