人のいい面倒見のいい腰の低い親父

本日は仕事です。

働くのを辞めてもいい年齢ではある。

このマンション管理人の仕事も後10日です。

人のいい面倒見のいい腰の低い親父にはなれず。

今後沢山失敗してきた経験を元に、ある程度進む方向は決めている。

一度経験したことではあるが自分の性からすると２年しか持たないだろう。

これでサラリーマン生活終了にしよう。

さてインフルエンザと言われているコロナ

警戒心は希薄になっているようだ。

山が小さくなって、減少の方向に舵を切ったように見える。

毎日１時間歩行している。

歩いて１時間通勤してると

歩くことの問題が生じる。

1.靴がよくない。

2.寒い

3.雨天時鬱陶しい

4.信号でコースが変わる。

その中で

安全靴で当初歩いていたが

歩く速度がでない。また足が痛い。

ところがナイキの運動靴に変えたら

足が痛くない。

歩くスピードが上がった。

という

効果がみえた。

歩くにはちゃんとしたグッズが必要であると

考えさせられた。
